HR TEAM


Team’s obligations are concerned with BY Group Human Resource (HR) recruitment, assessment and management.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION: 
-      Prepare and run application processes and activities in recruitment
-      Research and make surveys, assessments
-      Research standard and methods of surveys and assessments
-      Implement and training regulations and methods in standard to MB
-      Coordinate with other teams to hold training lesson for MB
-      By EB admission, divide HR in MB
-      Manage and Assess attendees information, Examine demand and development of attendees
